Hepatitis C Community Clinic

The Hepatitis C Community Clinic offers a non-judgmental, confidential and supportive service to address the needs and improve the health outcomes of those affected by hepatitis C.

The clinic is open to anyone who has reason to believe they have been exposed to hepatitis C and who wish to undertake testing and/or management of their infection.

We provide: pre and post-test counselling, testing and diagnosis, assessment and monitoring, hepatitis C advice and information, lifestyle education and symptom self-management, treatment options and referral pathway, linkage with general practice and referral to other services as appropriate.

The clinic is staffed by a full time Hepatitis C Nurse Specialist supported by a part time Social Worker and GP. Clients may self refer or be referred by other services or health providers. There is no cost to the client to access Clinic services.
